 Inscribed on the upper rim ( 0.59 0.08 ). 0.015; deeply cut, in letters pressed together, slightly thickening at the ends; xi without vertical hasta, non-slanting sigma. Findspot. Second century B.C.

Found in 1926 at Cyrene: Sanctuary of Apollo, N-W of the Temple of Apollo.

This woman was priestess of Artemis the same year as Alexandros, eponymous priest of Apollo. The formulation has been explained by .

From the type of support and the place where it was found we may infer that it was a dedication; from the office of the dedicant, that it was for Artemis.
