Layout
Inscribed on the face, each line laid out symmetrically along vertical axis.
Letters
0.02 carefully cut, with serifs; beta with larger lower loop, non-slanting sigma, upsilon with short hasta and widely open upper part.

For the father's name at line 4, the only name having a sequence εω, plus 3 letters at the genitive seems to be the already attested Neon.
