Pugliese thought this might be a fragment referred to by Ferri, 1923 Ferri, S., 1923, Contributi di Cirene alla storia della religione greca, Roma - see in bibliography , p. 9 and n. 2, which we suspect now to be IGCyr118900. So Pugliese's hypothesis should be dropped.
