Commentary

τᾶς δεκάτας should be rather a gen. sing. 'from the tithe' than an acc. plur., for this word is usually only a singular.

This graffito is the only clear instance of a tithe for Demeter. IGCyr00380 might be another one, IGCyr003910 is less clear.
