(Statue de) la reine Cléopatre, épouse du roi Ptolémée, Dieu Evergète, (érigée) par les commandants de la garde en raison des bienfaits qu'elle leur a prodigués.

English translation

(Statue of) queen Cleopatra, wife of king Ptolemy, God Euergetes, (erected) by the chiefs of the guard on behalf of the benefactions provided to themselves.
