If this block is really an altar, it bears no god's name but the owner's name.
The stone seems to be now lost. Oliverio gave neither clue for the date nor photograph, so that a date in the third or second century B.C. given in SEG Supplementum Epigraphicum Graecum, Leiden, then Amsterdam, 1923-1971, then 1979- - see in bibliography , 9.119 is groundless.
