The personal name Ἑλλόοικος is very rare. The only other known instance occurs at Kourion on Cyprus, where we have both this form in koine (in alphabetic script) and the dialectal form (in syllabic writing) e-lo-wo-i-ko-se. In both places the original initial aspiration is no longer preserved, so that there is no reason to split both instances into two entries ( contra Fraser-Matthews, 1987 Fraser, P.M., Matthews, E. (eds.), 1987, Lexicon of Greek Personal Names, I: The Aegean Islands, Cyprus, Cyrenaica, Oxford - see in bibliography , p. 150).
