Dîme d'Apollon.
Apollo's tithe.
Decima di Apollo.
This complete inscription shows clearly one of the two formulations of the tithe: nominative of the word 'tithe' and genitive of the god's name, who becomes the owner of the dedicated object. On the whole, this formulation is a sort of caption.
