(Autel) de Zeus Mélikhios appartenant à Aristarkhos.
(Altar) of Zeus Melichios belonging to Aristarchos.
(Altare) di Zeus Melichios appartenente ad Aristarchos.
We have probaly here, as in other such mentions, two genitives, one for the god to whom the altar was dedicated, the other one for the human worshipper. However, a nominative of the personal name, preferred by Forbes, would not be impossible.
