Support

White marble base which supported a half-statue found nearby; base with plain mouldings above and below; on its top a hole and a channel for pouring in lead (complete 0.926; 0.398;0.69).

Layout

Inscribed on the face between the mouldings (0.818; 0.257;).

Letters

L. 1 0.057, l. 20.052-0.063; sigma with neatly slanting strokes, slight serifs.

Commentary

Gasperini thought this epitaph to be the oldest one in the tomb. Mnasistrata's younger brother would be Aristoteles son of Nebrichos (IGCyr084700).
