Arist[is?] son of Patri [---] .
Arist[is?] figlio di Patri [---] .
From the bad photograph available, it is difficult to know how many letters are missing at right. If at l. 1 only two letters are missing, Ἄριστις is a very good restoration. In that case, only two letters would be missing also at l. 2, where Πάτρις, although unattested, would be a dialectally regular short form of compounds like Πατρόφιλος.
On the other hand, if there is enough space to admit Πάτριππος as the father's name, as suggested by Reynolds, then Ἄριστις would be rather short for the son's name and one would suggest some longer name, such as Ἀριστέας or even Ἀρίστιππος.
