White marble base with light plain moulding below on three sides, partly broken off at left back (0.395; 0.14;0.295).
Layout
Inscribed in two lines on front face.
Letters
0.017 to 0.02; light rests of guidelines, letters still rubricated, deeply and carefully cut, with slight serifs: dotted theta, large oblique bars of kappa, rather large loop of rho, slanting sigma, calice-shaped upsilon, large omega.

Found before 1935 by G. Oliverio at Cyrene pleiades; HGL : in the so-called Agora of the Gods («presso il muro del Piazzale, nell'angolo con i βωμοί», Oliverio) .
