Αιαλαντος· ἀκίνητος

Apparatus

French translation

(Tombe) d'Aialan; à ne pas déplacer.

English translation

(Tomb) of Aialan; not to be moved.

Italian translation

(Tomba) di Aialan; non spostare.

Commentary

This rare use of the adjective ἀκίνητος is one of the many formulas preventing the tomb to be opened, robbed or re-used. A similar mention is to be found at Amphissa (see SEG , 56.566).
