[---] makhos fils de [---] ès, [Un tel fils d'Un tel] (ont consacré) à Apollon.
[---] machos son of [---] es, [So-and-so son of So-and-so] (dedicated) to Apollo.
[---] machos figlio di [---] es, [il tale figlio del tale] (hanno dedicato) ad Apollo.
The larger letters at line 3 show that this is a dedication to Apollo. The endings respectively of nominative and genitive preserved at line 1-2 allow to restore the layout with two columns mentioning two donors.
Tοο many names in -μαχος are known in Cyrenaica to allow any restoration.
