Right part of a marble panel with a relief of a woman covering her head with one end of her himation; to the left a small part of the right fore foot of a rearing horse is preserved and helps to show that it belonged to the type of the heroised riders (dimensions unknown).

In the first edition of the relief the inscription was not mentioned, while a brief account is given on A. Łajtar's advice.
