Commentary

Dobias-Lalou, 1970 was sceptical about the attribution of the graffito to Cyrenaica, but later finds, probably known at the time by the editors and later published in Boardman-Hayes, 1973 (whence IGCyr003800 and IGCyr003900) now lead to accept it as inscribed on the spot.
