The few letters preserved at the end of lines 1-5 remain partly obscure. At that place, we should await the mention 'Gods', followed by the names of the three damiergoi. A first puzzling point is the fact that line-breaks do not match either word- or syllable-delimitation. At line 3, instead of Oliverio's Βάλακρος, unknown in Cyrenaica and typically Macedonian, one might propose Φάλακρος, attested for a Cyrenaean in Mopsion (IG Inscriptiones Graecae, I-XIV, Berlin, 1903- - see in bibliography , IX.2.1056), if more letters were preserved. At line 4, the personal name Πρύτανις would perhaps be preferable to the mention of the prytaneis . Nevertheless, the letters preserved at line 5 do not fit any personal name nor pair of names.
Line 7: if the reading ἐπί is right (but pi is clear and no other possibility occurs), the priest's name would be irregularly at the nominative case instead of the genitive. A similar irregularity may be found at IGCyr011800. Moreover, different names might be restored here besides Oliverio's Kallisthenes , which is quite uncommon in Cyrenaica during the Hellenistic period. This point should remain open.
Line 10: the sign for 1/5 drachma, instead of being angular, has on that stone a lunate shape, like at IGCyr013600.
