French translation

(Untel) fils de Polyarkhos (a consacré) à Apollon au titre de la dîme (la statue de)  [---] os fils de Khainus.

English translation

(So-and-so) son of Polyarchos (dedicated) to Apollo as a tithe (the statue of)  [---] os son of Chainys.

Italian translation

(Il tale) figlio di Polyarchos (ha dedicato) ad Apollo come decima (la statua di)  [---] os figlio di Chainys.

Commentary

This inscription was published by Pugliese Carratelli from a photograph in the Antiquities Archives, which mentioned the findspot as given above. He was not able to trace the stone.

In the vacat under line 3, some letters were scratched later on, especially an omicron (or a meaningless circle?) which is much visible on the photograph.
