Re-used from the stone bearing IGCyr108700, which was re-cut at left and turned 90° to right, then 90° to left; the new side became the front face of a white marble base, chipped off at left edge (0.295; 0.06;0.255).

Inscribed in three lines on front face with axial layout.
Letters
0.015 to 0.02; elegant seriffed letters, theta with short central bar, rho with small loop, large circular letters, non-slanting sigma.
