Following Paci's reading, this is, as elsewhere, the genitive of a personal name inscribed in front of rock-cut eschara , probably used for personal offerings of its owner or user to an unknown deity.
Dobias-Lalou's commentary: an alternative reading would be [Ζη]νός with the name of the worshipped deity. See at IGCyr115100. However in this area there are some clear instances of names with father's names (see IGCyr115400). We should rather leave the question open.
