a) (Autel) de Zeus.
b) (Autel) des Euménides.
a) (Altar) of Zeus.
b) (Altar) of the Eumenides.
a) (Altare) di Zeus.
b) (Altare) delle Eumenidi.
The names of Zeus and the Eumenides are often cut together on the altars at Ain Hofra (for instance IGCyr030900). In most cases the Eumenides are mentioned as a group. However there is at least two instances of one Eumenide at the singular in IGCyr133400 and IGCyr133800, whence Rosamilia alternative reading.
Independently of the bad preservation of the rocky surface, the space available on the stone leads to restore a full mention for a) and an abbreviated one for b).
