Commentary

Only IGCyr011600 gives a detailed list of the expenses, elsewhere only summarized. Its good state of preservation does help for some restorations in the present inscription, although both are not strictly parallel.

Some provisions of this account in relation with theatrical activity are thorouhghly discussed by Ceccarelli and Milanezi.

At line 13, the article at the dative shows that the following word is a person (or a group of persons) who receives the amount of money, whence the participle completed here and fully restored at line 10.

At line 11, we have obviously some form of the present ἐπιτίθημι. As the imperative seems meanless in this context, we assume that it was a form of the participle. What was 'added' is probably the amount of which the end stays at line 12. However, nothing proves that the preserved numerals that follow are related to the upper series (i.e. mines) rather than to the lower series (drachmas). For this reason we reject the restored sign for 'mines'.

At the end of line 12 in the space available nothing else than a number occurs to mind; δυῶν or perhaps τριῶν are plausible guesses.

The word across lines 23-24 is plausibly a preposition (ἀντί, ἐπί or περί) rather than [κα]ί, which does not seem syntactically acceptable. Before it, the participle ἤσσας would be a tantalizing restoration paralleled in IGCyr011600. However the global amount of all expenses of the year being mentioned at lines 25-26, we should have here only the closing formula of expenses for the sacrifices which began at l. 9. In between, there is another amount of expenses in relation with the word beginning with τιμαχ-, which is itself unclear. It might be the τιμαχεῖον mentioned at IGCyr011100, a.27, where it means 'office (building) of civil servants'. It is either the same word (preferably with the dialectal form of the suffix) with a different meaning or a related word with a different suffix (see Dobias-Lalou, 2017 , pp. 151-159). We prefer to leave the question open.
